I combine several styles of yoga to offer you a wide choice of practice. At the heart of my learning techniques is the restorative movement that helps

to connect deep within and move

in mindfulness.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancestral art linking body and mind. A way of reconnecting deep within ourselves and to others through guided meditations and breathing exercises (Pranayama).

HATHA-YOGA

An ancestral practice that builds solid foundations and leads to stability through each posture, which we integrate for several breaths to welcome and feel each benefit.


The connection to the breath and meditation are part of the basics of Hatha Yoga. This practice can be considered slower than Vinyasa but it remains dynamic. 


Accessible to all levels, perfect practice to start yoga!

VINYASA

A progressive dynamic practice that brings you to  a constant flow. In this class, you will build your strength and flexibility in movement.


A practice for all levels, modifications and developments will be proposed to allow each student the possibility of developing their practice and evolving in accordance with their abilities.

Yoga Core The Sweet Wave Yoga Dubai

PRE & POST NATAL YOGA

A specific yoga adapted to pregnant women. It can be practiced from the beginning of pregnancy until term and after childbirth.


It allows you to prepare for the day of childbirth, but also to live your pregnancy to the best of your ability by working on the openings of the pelvis and the rib cage.

 

A moment of relaxation for future mothers!

YOGA PARENT ENFANT

Il n'y a rien de plus précieux que de pouvoir partager du temps de qualité avec son enfant.

La pratique yoga parent/enfant ou yoga en famille est un moment privilégié de détente, de jeu et de complicité dans la douceur et la bienveillance.

À partir de 5ans durant un atelier souvent de 45min ou une heure.
 
Le parent présent participe à l'activité yoga et retrouve tous les bienfaits de cette pratique pendant que l'enfant apprend, ressent, découvre son souffle et son corps dans les premiers mouvements.

Venez vous offir cette parenthèse familiale hors du temps dans votre cocon.

CHAIR YOGA

Le yoga sur chaise est une méthode qui est accessible à tous.

Indépendamment des limitations physiques et de la forme physique de la personne. 


L'utilisation de la chaise est un moyen pour pouvoir s'ancrer pleinement dans la pratique même s'ils ont à des difficultés de mobilité. 

Cela peut être une option pour les séniors mais pas que, en convalescence où tout simplement de nouvelles bonnes habitudes à prendre au bureau !

Qui contribuera à réduire le niveau général de votre stress, mais aussi à réduire les douleurs musculaires liées par exemple à une mauvaise posture assise.


Cela ramène un cadre sécurisant avec un point d’appui stable pour les postures, ce qui réduit considérablement les chutes ou les déséquilibres.
