What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancestral art linking body and mind. A way of reconnecting deep within ourselves and to others through guided meditations and breathing exercises (Pranayama).

It brings balance thanks to the union of body and being.

HATHA-YOGA

An ancestral practice that builds solid foundations and leads to stability through each posture, which we integrate for several breaths to welcome and feel each benefit.


The connection to the breath and meditation are part of the basics of Hatha Yoga. This practice can be considered slower than Vinyasa but it remains dynamic. 


Accessible to all levels, perfect practice to start yoga!

VINYASA

A progressive dynamic practice that brings you to  a constant flow. In this class, you will build your strength and flexibility in movement.


A practice for all levels, modifications and developments will be proposed to allow each student the possibility of developing their practice and evolving in accordance with their abilities.

Yoga Core The Sweet Wave Yoga Dubai

PRE & POST NATAL YOGA

A specific yoga adapted to pregnant women. It can be practiced from the beginning of pregnancy until term and after childbirth.


It allows you to prepare for the day of childbirth, but also to live your pregnancy to the best of your ability by working on the openings of the pelvis and the rib cage.

 

A moment of relaxation for future mothers!

PARENT & CHILD YOGA

There is nothing more precious than being able to share quality time with your child.

Practicing parent/child yoga or family yoga is a special moment of relaxation, play and complicity in gentleness and kindness.

From 5 years old during a workshop often lasting 45 minutes or an hour.

The parent present participates in the yoga activity and rediscovers all the benefits of this practice while the child learns, feels, discovers his breath and his body in the first movements.

Come treat yourself to this timeless family break in your cocoon.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga is a method that is accessible to everyone.

Regardless of the person's physical limitations and fitness.


Using the chair is a way to be able to fully anchor themselves in the practice even if they have mobility difficulties.

This can be an option for seniors but not only those in recovery or simply new good habits to adopt at the office!

Which will help to reduce the general level of your stress, but also to reduce muscle pain linked, for example, to poor sitting posture.


This provides a secure framework with a stable point of support for postures, which considerably reduces falls or imbalances.

Every body is different, with a different story.
